Hot Dough Club rules
Last updated 14 September 2026
The Hot Dough Club is simple: a stamp for every pizza, and when your card is full the next one is on us. These are the rules — short, and in plain English.
Joining
- Free to join, no purchase needed. Join online at hot-dough.com/club, from the QR on your receipt, or at the counter.
- You need to be 16 or over.
- One membership per person, and one per mobile number. Your mobile number is your membership — it is how we know it is you.
- We ask for your first name so the counter can say hello. Email and birthday (day and month only) are optional; how we look after them is in our privacy notice.
Earning stamps
- A stamp for every full-price pizza you buy — online, on the kiosk or at the counter.
- Meal Deal pizzas do not earn stamps, except the Club Deal — other deals already carry their own saving. The two pizzas in the Club Deal earn stamps as usual.
- Order online while signed in and your stamps are added automatically. In the shop, show your member QR at the counter (it is at hot-dough.com/club/card, and you can add it to your phone's wallet) before you pay.
- Stamps do not expire while the scheme runs.
Your free pizza
- Eight stamps fill a card, and your next pizza is free.
- The free pizza is sized to match what you have been buying: it is the size that appears most among the eight pizzas on that card. If it is a tie, you get the bigger one.
- To redeem, show your member QR at the counter or, online, sign in — a full card is offered to you at checkout.
- A free pizza is a pizza, not money: there is no cash alternative and it cannot be exchanged for other items.
Join between 2 and 18 September 2026 and we start you off with:
- 2 stamps already on your card, and
- a voucher for one free one-portion side (worth up to £7.90), valid for 30 days from the day you join and redeemed at the counter.
New members only. One per person. The voucher covers one side from the one-portion range, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with another voucher on the same item.
Club Deal
2 pizzas, 4 cans and a side for £25 — for Hot Dough Club members, online or in the shop, from 3pm on Wednesday 16 September to 31 October 2026.
- What's included: 2 pizzas (10" or 12"), 4 x 330ml cans (Coca-Cola Classic or Zero, Tango Orange, Apple or Cherry, Pepsi Strawberry & Cream, Vimto Zero — not San Pellegrino) and 1 side (one portion).
- Online, sign in to the Club before you pay — the £25 price is for signed-in members. In the shop, show your Club QR at the counter and ask for the Club Deal.
- Extra toppings and crust changes are charged as usual. Half-and-half pizzas are not included.
- Not with staff or Blue Light Card discounts.
- You can use it more than once in an order: two full sets of pizzas, cans and a side are two deals.
- The deal pizzas earn stamps.
Vouchers and treats
- Vouchers are redeemed at the counter by showing your member QR; the till checks that the voucher is valid and what it covers.
- Each voucher can be used once, has no cash value, and lapses on its expiry date.
- If you have given us your birthday we may put a treat on your account around it.
- We will message you about rewards already on your account — a full card, a voucher about to run out. These are messages about your membership, not marketing; offers and news only come if you have ticked the box for them.
Fair use
- Stamps, cards and vouchers belong to the membership they were earned on. They cannot be transferred, pooled or sold.
- If a membership is used to game the scheme — for example by splitting one person's orders across several numbers — we may remove the stamps involved or close the membership.
Changes and ending the scheme
We may change these rules, or end the Club, with reasonable notice — normally at least 30 days, posted on this page and, where we can, by a message to your membership. Stamps you have already earned will be honoured through the notice period.
Leaving
- Sign out of any device from the Club screen — your membership and stamps stay put for when you come back.
- To close your membership, email theobalds@hot-dough.com from the address on your account, or ask at the counter. We anonymise it straight away; any unspent stamps and vouchers are lost, so spend them first.
How we look after your data — including what the counter can see, sign-in codes and the offers you have (or have not) ticked — is in our privacy notice. Questions: 01992 747997.
